油で揚げて味噌ダレをかけたもを一般的にナスの
シギ焼きを言い 或いは新焼き 心焼きというらしい
私は新焼きと思っていた 大好物である 母親のレシピ
は簡単でそれでも美味しかった 昔の人の調理の特徴は
あまり調味料を使わないで旨味を出すのを特徴とし その
為よく井戸端会議をしているのを見かけるが あれは
実質的なものである

ってみたが難しいものである どちらも
自然に開くのを待つが 待ちきれずトラ
ックの運転手になってしまった
群馬は茄子の大産地である しかし日本
全国茄子の大産地はある スーパーで
見る価格は1袋198円から298円である 栄
養的にも侮れぬものがある 地産地消
をもっと進めてみよう
